With an Individual Leadership Trail we go out together for a day in nature with the aim of discovering your blind spots that currently prevent you from taking the steps you want. This can be a one-day or multi-day trail in which your wishes and objectives for this form of intensive coaching are the focus.

During the Individual Leadership Trail we follow the method of Theory U of Otto Scharmer in which we create a space for real breakthroughs and transformation of the obsolete serving patterns, values, beliefs and assumptions. 

Before we do that, however, we first get acquainted via an intake interview and we explore whether there is sufficient chemistry and trust on both sides and whether my approach and method meet your wishes and needs. Together we identify your goals for the coaching that form the basis for our journey. You are then completely free to decide whether or not to work together. If we go further, we plan your individual leadership trail in a beautiful nature reserve in the Netherlands or abroad and we get to work! 

Prices:

1 on 1 trails are tailor-made, and a quotation is prepared after our intake interview. The price for a Zoom intake interview €90,- which is refunded when we go on the Trail together.
