LEADERSHIP COACHING
COACHING PROCESS AND METHOD
During a Leadership Coaching Program, we get to grips with the issues that you as a leader encounter on a daily basis. During planned meetings we investigate the essence of what concerns you and especially what they can possibility mean for your personal growth.
Leadership Coaching takes place online in sessions of 1 to 1.5 hours. Before your coaching process starts, we first plan an intake interview. I will get to know you in more detail, I will explain how I work and we will list your goals for the coaching process. You are then completely free to decide whether or not we will work together. As we go further, we’ll create a coaching plan based on your coaching goals and needs and then we get to work!

Prices:
- Zoom Intake Interview €90,-
- Zoom coaching session 1-1,5 hours €250.- incl VAT for individuals and €300,- ex VAT for corporate clients.
